Thoughts on “Max”:
The Chi Pets editor was very excited to be able to attend a pre-screening of “Max” on Monday, June 22nd, 2015.
The first thing we would like to note is that there are Chihuahuas in Max!! That’s right, even an incredibly heartwarming story, such as Max, featuring strong working dogs such as the Belgian Malinois has a couple token Chihuahuas.
Our Editor very much enjoyed the movie Max. And not just because Chihuahuas made it into the film.
As an avid dog-person, our Editor enjoys a good family movie that centers around dogs. Max is one that she will be purchasing to bring home to show us.
Movies like Max are a great family option as they incorporate heart-felt moments, action, important moral-based lessons, and comedy.
If you are looking for something to watch with the whole family, then Max is for you!

“Max,” the new movie from Warner Bros. Pictures and Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Pictures, is a family action adventure from writer/director Boaz Yakin (“Remember the Titans,” “Now You See Me”).
Coming to theaters June 26th, 2015 “Max” is about a precision-trained military dog, who after suffering from the loss of his handler, is shipped back to the US to live with the younger brother of his handler, Justin.
